You can enter your promotional code (such as LUXE10 for 10% off or FIRSTLOOK for ₹300 off) directly on the Shopping Bag page or during Checkout. Click "Apply" to instantly recalculate your order total.

2. Shipping & Tracking
All orders with a subtotal of ₹999 or more automatically qualify for complimentary express courier shipping across India. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat fee of ₹99.
Standard express shipping takes 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata). Regional towns receive delivery within 3 to 6 days with live SMS and WhatsApp tracking updates.
3. 15-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We provide a 15-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of parcel receipt. Simply initiate a return request from your account or reach our concierge. Our courier will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours for pickup.
Once our quality team inspects the returned garment (unworn, with original tags intact), refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours back to your original source of payment (UPI or Bank Account).
