1. The 15-Day Window
If you are not completely enchanted by your fit, fabric, or color, LUXE FASHION gladly offers a 15-day return and exchange window beginning on the day your package is delivered.
2. Condition of Returnable Apparel
To qualify for a full refund or exchange:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of perfumes or makeup marks.
- All original designer tags, safety seals, and packaging bags must remain intact.
- Accessories, sunglasses, and handbags must include original cases and dustbags.
3. Doorstep Pickup Service
You do not need to visit a post office. When you initiate a return through our concierge or account portal, an executive will be dispatched to your address within 24 to 48 hours for doorstep verification and collection.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once the parcel arrives at our inspection atelier, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank account or UPI ID) within 2 to 3 business days. For COD orders, a direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) will be arranged.
