1. Complimentary Shipping Threshold
LUXE FASHION is pleased to offer Free Standard Express Shipping on all domestic orders across India where the net subtotal equals or exceeds ₹999 (after applicable promotional discounts).
For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat courier fee of ₹99 is added to cover secure transport and packaging.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
All in-stock couture pieces are packaged with care and handed over to our verified express courier partners within 24 hours of payment authorization.
- Metro Tier 1 Cities: 2 to 4 business days (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune).
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days.
- Remote Destinations: Up to 7 business days.
3. Real-Time Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched from our atelier, an automated SMS, WhatsApp alert, and email notification containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking link will be provided so you can follow its progress in real time.
4. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Our parcels are sealed with tamper-evident security tape. If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please decline receipt from the courier or contact concierge@luxefashion.in immediately within 24 hours with photos.
